What to do about it?

This is certainly an outrage. What can we do about it? Is it too late for a petition that would be of any effect. If too late to prohibit this films showing, should we write to the major newspapers expressing our outrage? Should we write to PBS expressing our outrage? What do you think would be the most effective action we could take? I haven't read the comments of others yet which I intend to. I hope we won't be the "silent majority" on this matter!
