Where is the ACLU?

Where is the ACLU? They [PBS] are using US taxpayer money to fund an obvious 'religious' program, none of which is true nor is the program subjective on the so called 'religion.'

Wondering where the ACLU is, I doubt they are on "Christmas" break.
