The speech containing the quote, number evidence US-28, was discarded by the prosecution. Two other versions (US-29 and US-30) were verified and accepted as evidence. These two documents were consistent with each other and did not include the quote in question.

This is really very simple. If speeches not including the quote have been authenticated, the discarded version has been verified as false. This is the most simple of logic.

This is all discussed in "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich" - which I am sure readers here will recognise as one of the most authoratitive works on the subject.

It can also be researched in any number of books dealing with the Nuremberg trials.
