"Islamophobia," can be defined as either "a lasting abnormal fear" of or "great dislike of Islam."
As concerns "abnormal fear," there is nothing abnormal about fearing a death dealing religion, cult, gang, or collection of "loonies" indiscriminately murdering innocent people right and left all over the World! One can fear for oneself, loved ones, friends, neighbors and nation. This is quite normal.
As for harboring a "great dislike of Islam," what is there to like these days? The so-called "moderate" followers of this rigid religion, with few exceptions, are shaking in their shoes lest they say the "wrong" thing; act the "wrong" way ( in the eyes of their extremist "brothers") and wake up one morning minus their heads....
It is no secret by now that the looney fringe of Islam; the barbarians; rejectors of civilization, (determined to take humanity back literally to the sixth century) want to islamicize the entire world ... if they have to destroy Planet Earth in their efforts to achive that goal. Am I Islamophobic? I sure am. Watcha gonna do about it, CAIR? Sue me? With your luck in court, I wouldn't try it.
