War on Terrorism, on the right track?

I am inclined to agree with Mr. Pipes' views: President Bush must declare that militant Islam is the enemy. President Bush is only trying to hide the fact that Osama Bin Laden, as well as Muhammed Omar (The Taliban leader, but who remembers him?) are completely missing. If the situation arises that Iraq becomes a serious threat, the Air Force can always level a few blocks of downtown Baghdad, giving a message to the world. Whatever happened to the idea of 'with us or against us?'

The United States must act, with or without world approval. No weakness must be shown on our part, or terrorists will seize the opportunity to commit more atrocites. First and foremost, Bin Laden must be captured or killed. Who remembers the 1993 World Trade Center Bombing, the Khobar Towers, the embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, or the U.S.S. Cole? By not acting, the United States only leaves itself open for further attacks.
