Dr. Pipes once again points out the danger to both the U.S. and Israel of analyzing events in the Middle East from the perspective of the rational Western mind. Time and time again, we unfortunately find out, but never seem to learn, that the Arab/Muslim outlook on life and their values are different. The result: policy failures.
