Yes, Canada was and is an active supporter of terrorist ideas. This weak spot is accomplished by its own constitution of "equity" and multi - culturalism. Look at how it plays out in the real world when someone tries to combat ideas that support terrorism. In action, Canadians protect those who support terrorist propaganda and reprimand those who oppose terrorist ideas.
