Two Wars, Not One.

Have we won the war?

Is the war just removing Sadaam Hussein? Saddam's military forces versus our own and we defeated them and Sadaam is gone.

Yes I will agree the war was won, but there is another war. War to implement democracy in the Middle East. This is George Bush's war, further extended.

So far, we have been having difficulty. So far, the Iraqis do not seem to want democracy using our current methods. Resistance is huge. Our efforts have been futile and hence our military is still there. To change the Iraqi culture is one way to implement democracy. Maybe sending them Playboy magazines would do, if we can get away with it. Giving them internet access could be another so they can look at beautiful women. I am serious. We should use every means necessary or we'll have nuclear missiles, like Iran's, flying at us in the near future.
