Winner & loser in War

In recent articles and addresses you said that in war there must be a winner & a loser, and a reason for there not having been a settlement of the Palestinian/Israel war is because the Palestinians have not admitted their defeat in all the wars against Israel.

Surely the reason is because in an anti-Semitic world & UN the major powers have always forced a cease-fire on the combatants when an overwhelming defeat of the Arab forces seemed imminent. This will not change so the chance of an end to hostilities will never be brought about.
