I agree with Guy Viti

Guy Viti's comments are absolutly right on the mark. It is the radical militant Islam that is the real Islam. All you need to do is study history to realize that this is how Islam operated for almost all of its entire history. They attacked the West for over three hundred years before the West finally mounted an offensive (called the Crusades, which, by the way, certainly had its faults), The truth is (as Guy said) the Muslims who try to distance themselves from the radicals are not committed to practicing their faith in its full traditional historical sense. You better believe that if Islam gets the upper hand in this (or another country) these nominal Muslims will come out of the wood work to celebrate the Triumph of Militant Islam. These nominal Muslims are Muslim in the same way that someone who denies the virgin birth of Christ and his Divinity is said to be a Christian.
