Interesting, but:
Under Section 140, you might have to prove that the doctrines or worship of Islam had been mocked or insulted. The only genuine cartoon I have seen is clearly a reference to bombings by Muslims. To argue that bombings are acts of doctrine or worship might make for a difficult legal case.

Under Section 266-B, I do not think that two years would be considered long enough for the
Danish Imams to spend considering the error of their ways, and the harm they have caused.
