It's not new

Unfortunately, all this erasure of the Christian faith is not new, especially in Western societies. It has been going on for what? 15, 20, 30 years? (More, when one considers how one atheist got rid of the Lord's Prayer in American public schools!!)

IMO, the West has been "repenting" for all its past sins (and any current and future ones, as well) by losing itself in Other-ism: any societies, cultures and civilizations that are not Western are looked upon with favor and preference, anything to both escape the self-ostracism, shame and guilt of prejudice, bias and hate.

It has only been more visible now, with Muslims who seem to be "taking over" as immigrants in Western host nations. The Muslims could not take over without the weakness of political correctness of the West. Political correctness will NOT save us. It only shows how we can be dominated and subjected to the will of Muslims (and Allah).
