Let me try to help you understand: Johnny and Suzie are playing in the schoolyard one day. Suddenly, naughty little Johnny comes up and shows everybody a mean drawing he made about Suzie. The next thing you know, Suzie has burned down as many schools as she could burn, burned Johnny's house, and killed several innocent bystanders while in her month long fit of rage.

People don't dare go out in the streets for fear of Suzie's attack. Now, where do you think the focus of this story will land in the news? Johnny or Suzie? Which direction do you think an outcry of anger will go towards? Will people be speaking out against Johnny's stupid actions or Suzie's criminal overreactions? It's hard to speak out for someone who's been offended when what they go out and do in retribution is FAR worse.
