why comment without research and think?

did John Quincy Adams go to a mosque and engage an iman or simply listen to hearsay of some overzealous or ill-informed advisers who never did get a real picture of islam? or had they read a quran from someone who are renowned in Islamic world to discuss a comparative studies. If he hasn't done so, i pity for such ignorant remarks made its way to such a leader in an enterprising world or freedom to understand not ignorance!!! May Allah Gives Guigance for whom Its seeking the truth.
