Muhammad ali,

In spite of the sincerity with which you propose your solutions and finally (and predictably) blame the USA for your problems - you are endowing the UN with more powers than it has. The UN is neither United nor do many (most?) of its members rise to the definition of Nation; it simply cannot perform the miracles you suggest.

I'm afraid the Arabs/Muslims will have to find freedom the old fashioned way: Fight for it. Your dictatorships must be toppled and your religion taken back (the scrubbed and fully reformed) from power mad mullahs. The West is trying to help. Cooperate.
