I've got to wonder, was any of Norquist's typically bad advice regarding any matter besides the narrow topic of taxes, a factor in the massive blunder now known as "Portgate?" This has the earmark of a classic Norquist inspired disaster. He is more in tune with the Arab Street than he is with Main Street!
