Being a terrible cynic as I am and having contemplated the possible motivations and ultimate beneficiaries of this and similar incidents this very mischeivious thought entered my head. Could it be that the book arrived at Ms. Azza's home intact and unmarked and that Azza saw an opportunity for her 15 minutes of Glory and a chance to stick it to a book company and advance the radical Islamic cause at the same time...?
