History is key in the formulation of any current thought process.

On a second more current note, I was delighted to catch the Wolf Blitzer TV interview yesterday morning,where he was holding a debate with an Israeli, Egyptian and Palestinian diplomat. The Palestinian, while denying that Syria and Iran had anything to do with promoting the riots over the Danish cartoons, blamed everything on Daniel Pipes and his campaign for truth on college campuses. I never realized that Dan Pipes had such worldwide influence.
