Rather than take volumes to answer your defence of The Church of Rome I ask that you look at this list of interpretations, customs, traditions, and suspicions.

Yes. The Bible is incomplete and interpretations have altered and ammended His Word over eons of time.
The King James is just that; The King's approved translation.
