Reader comment on item: Why Hamas['s Electoral Victory] Leaves Me Neutral

Submitted by Frances R jones (United States), Jan 31, 2006 at 13:46

Dear Mr. Pipes,

I have long enjoyed reading your articles and most often concur .

I wonder what spritual outworking you are willing to grapple with ; do you think the so-called 15 year truce offered by Hamas would correspond to the false peace mentioned in the Book of Revelation ?
Do you read the Bible ? Are you a Jewish believer ?

There are many things that are happening now that are part of prophesy in both the Old and .New Covenants
I hope you won't dismiss this little response I pray for you and for your safety

Thanks for your clear thinking and ,as they say... the clarion call regarding the Mideast You are a like one of the watchmen on the Wall

Our G-d is Good and Alone holds the key to what happens in the nations and Israel We are called to do justly, be charitable toward all and stand for G-d's Truth ...Yes ?

All best, Franny Jones
