They distrust the American media yet blindly believe everything they hear via satellite from their own countries of origin. I have seen this with Brazilians, Serbs, Greeks and others and it never ceases to amaze me how disconnected they are from the news we are privy to in this country. Thus, their thoughts and prejudices reflect those officially espoused by their own countries.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
