If we are all praying and asking God to take command of the situation, there may be war and bloodshed -- which isn't "nice", but a quick flip through Scripture will show that godly people did, in fact, go to war and fight and kill and conquer -- but when His will is allowed to be paramount, the victory is total. So yes, you can fight a war with a Bible -- that's why it's the sword of truth -- but like any weapon, it has to be used properly.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
