The counting of terrorists by Ackerman and Mr Pipes is a real fine exercise, etc.. But it would only take ONE dedicated, trained operative to do the following. One, he would need only to recruit several local dupes (or dopes) such as those that were involved in OK city. Two, he would bring out the stash of biological agent and its spreading agent (bomb) that has been prepositioned. Third, he would set it off in The Mall of the Americas or some other crowded but symbolic site.

This will become increasingly easier as time passes since 9/11 and the Patriot act is watered down. Of course here on this site we "preach to the choir"- all I can say is- all of you hang in there, especially Mr Pipes.
