I know that this is probably not the right place to post this but I was wondering what Dr Pipes' opinion of the whole Sami al-Arian case was. I've been looking for articles/blogs about it on his website and can not find anything about the recent accquital

I am baffled and dismayed by it. Large and complex terror trials should probably be taken out of the hands of juries, just as large and complex anti-trust trials are.
