Dr Pipes,
My solution is to target the immigrants rather than the converts since they make up the bulk of the insurgency. Social security benefits should only be available to third or fourth generation immigrants. Lets see how many muslims contemplate migrating if they dont have it on easy street the moment they get to the west.
