Dear Daniel,
You must be kidding. To this Democrat's distress, Daschle and the other Democrats are apparently going to give Bush a rubber stamp approval of his resolution authorizing him to preemptively attack any government he wants to without authorization by anyone. I, and most Democrats I am sure are similar, have no intention of giving over decisions about US national security to the UN. Bush is right that if the UN fails to act, then the US should. BUT NOT BEFORE!
If we want to preserve an alliance to seek out and destroy terrorists such as Al Qaeda, Bush had better learn to work with other nations,as his father did ten years ago...
