"Eduardo Moreno, 44, deliberately drove his Pacific Harbor Line train at a U.S. Navy Hospital Ship Mercy stationed in the Port of Los Angeles, hoping to "wake people up" to his belief that the federal government is behind the COVID-19 virus pandemic."

I wish this were the most bizarre thing I've read in the news today.
