Reader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men
in response to reader comment: United by one, divided by zero ;)

Just saw this comment...

You are again citing your personal, subjective, anecdotal "evidence" of why MENA men are "no good"...you knew a few women who were disappointed in their suitors. So does that mean that all Muslim MENA men are evil? I think not. That's why it's called anecdotal evidence - it only represents one person's personal experiences, instead of looking at the bigger picture, in this case, MENA Muslim men in general.

In my opinion, this website was Anti-MENA men before I came along. And perhaps all the "new" posters you claim are one poster (me, JoWa, or someone else), are now comfortable speaking up against the anti- MENA men rhetoric on this site, b/c for once someone (me, JoWa, a few others), had the nerve to stand up to the anti-MENA men abusive verbiage, that women here have been espousing for years.

Oh, and the MENA man who proposed to me, was not legally married :) If a person marries in a Mosque in another country, and then moves to the United States, that marriage is not a legal marriage in the United States.
