The problem with U.S. intelligence communities is that if the person is not a "Card-Carrying" member of Al-Qaida it is not terrorism (think L.A. ticket counter). Such ignorance/stupidity keeps any offical investigations from recognizing terrorism when it blows up in their face.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
