in response to reader comment: Adna has more than one meanings

Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Dec 26, 2019 at 09:24

And the ignorance goes on and on

>Like I said before, Adna has multiple meanings. It means low, inferior, less and near.

Mr genius the word Adna in Q30:3 means NEAR. I'm not the one who is saying that it is al-Mufasereen and Ibn Manzur's Lisan al-'Arab and modern Arabic language dictionaries so are they all liars?

And once again the word الأدنى means NEAR and the word الدنيء means Low life/despicable/not trustworthy!

Very different words with very different roots

But again the Arabs call your likes way of thinking: كولو عند العرب صبون

Oh كولو عند العرب صبون? Go and ask your Mullah to translate it for you if he knows Arabic

>The early translators

Mr genius these were Mufasereen and their mother tongue was Arabic and not Urdu like you.

>interpreted 'adna' as near.

Mr genius Ibn Manzur's dictionary Lisan al-'Arab was written 600-700 years after the death of your so called prophet so is this what you mean by early? And how come modern Arabic dictionary still tell us that the word Adna means NEAR? Are they liars?

>No one is denying this.

Who the hell cares if you deny or not!

>Is this too hard for you to comprehend? Why do you keep posting different translations and tafsirs when we are in agreement on this?

What do you think? Enlighten me

>The translators and mufasireen interpreted 'adna' as low in chapter 7, verse 169. Look up translations and Tafsir Kathir for this verse.

Show me from tafsir ibn Kathir, IN ARABIC!

It is called Tafsir Ibn Kathir!

>The word after adna is 'ard' which means earth. Look it up.

So what? Adna al-Ard means in THE NEAR LAND I challenge you to prove me wrong

>The Quran doesn't say the earth is flat. This is another ignorant claim and a lie.

Then your Allah must be ignorant because he says والارض بعد ذلك دحاها He is saying the earth is flat! Shame on you brother for disagreeing with your Allah

What a disaster: Allah says that the earth is FLAT so is the earth flat Mr genius?
