India, inspite of having a British style democracy, has very potent laws to deal with treason - as proved recently when the person who plotted and provided logistical support to the terrorists who attacked the Parliament was sentenced to death for "treason" and for "waging war against the State". The problem with Americans and Britons is that you are too apolegetic towards Islamic terrorism. When do you guys wake up from your Utopian dreams?
