Perfectly Correct Daniel

Being a Brit, ( actually I am half Irish and half scottish and was born somewhere else) I totallly agree with you. The concept of Treason like pretty much all of British law in the respect of nationality is an outmoded concept. However, if you look at the morons in our judiciary ( ie the ones that implement the law) you will no longer wonder why. The problem is not only the law but the "people" that implement it, bearing in mind that our wonderful judiciary feel its perfectly ok to defend the rights of Islamists to preach hate constantly on our streets in North London ( only recently stopped) whilst people get their limbs blown off on buses.

The judiciary along with the UK government gave up reality as an ideology a long time ago and now relies on "concepts" such as "britishness" and "rights" . Treason is a wonderful "concept" however it has no realtionship to our reality. The REALLY amazing element of this whole sorry episode is the VAST sums of money spent by these wonderful people as follows

a. Catching the criminals ( that they supported with wellfare in the first place)

b. Prosecuting the criminals ( that they alllowed in the first place)

c. The pitiful amount of money given to the victims families

You see, Treason is such a high end concept that it will require high end expenditure to either justify or disprove it. The end objective is not the end, it is the beginning of the next end and so on
