Sometimes it nice to know nothing ever changes. Jews first left gush
katif in 1930 because of Arab terrorism. No one talks about the Jews of
Jerusalem being forcefully expelled by the Arabs in 1948.

Even the UN peace mediator (Bernadotte) demanded the Jews make
concessions and give up parts of Western Palestine at that time in their
hands to Abdullah of the Trans-jordan after his naked aggression
and invasion of the Cis-jordan.
