Dear Dr Pipes, your reader Michael S with all good intentions asked if Muslims can ever be impressed by what is written in the social media question Islam specially when social media is "chockablock with stupidity". Indeed, finding substance in social media is not easy but the strength is in numbers. The more often what is right is written, the more often it will be found. In Islam's case, we do not need to impress Muslims. We just need to ask them every day of the week: "if democracy is so good for people in India, USA, Western Europe and almost every other Muslim-minority country that Muslims do not get tired of defending their democratic rights in these countries, how come it is not so good in the Islamic theocracies."

This is the only question that we need to ask every Islamic apologists. Nothing more is required.
