Reader comment on item: Is Radical Islam in Decline?
in response to reader comment: Radical Islam will likely go down with a bang

"The "bell curve" of the mainstream media and networks is not America. "

I didn't say it was - you've skewed the point - I wasn't talking about a bell curve of American media - I was talking about where you and people like you would fit in to the bell curve of 'average' Americans (whatever that might mean).

If I had trusted the same concerning Australia, I would have been totally unprepared for living in Sydney and Cowra, ...... Fortunately, I knew practically nothing of the place before going there, so I wasn't awfully disillusioned.
Again - I was not talking about the media - or people trusting it. Are you saying saying you would have been disappointed with Australia had you been exposed to the media's fantasy portrayal of Australia?
He who expects nothing shall not be disappointed?

"..a succeeding attack on Israel by the nations of the world (the UN)."
I can't see the whole world attacking Israel. Certainly not this country as we support Israel's right to exist and thrive. So do many others - including all the anglophone countries. Anyone with half a brain sees through the treachery , lies , double dealing and unjustified manic hatred toward Israel by most of the islamic world. The more islam is exposed - the more tolerant and forbearing we see that the Israelis have been. And if the world wanted to wage war against Israel - why bother sending troops when Tomahawk missiles and ICBM's are so much more effective and cheaper ?

If anything - an attack on Israel could trigger a far greater war between nations in Israel's defence.
