Amazon's deliberate disregard of comments against capitulation

I sent a protest email to Amazon in line with Daniel's suggestion;

The first email follows;

Subject:Amazons's shameful capitulation to Islamic extremists
To: psmith@amazon.com

I fully agree with the attached article by Daniel Pipes. I will strongly consider not purchasing products from you if this activity is not reversed.

Daniel's article was attached.

Amazon brazenly responded with the pre prepared grovel letter mentioned above which totally ignored my comments.

I responded after attaching the prepared pap;

YOUR RESPONSE IS JUST THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT IS NEEDED. YOU OBVIOUSLY DID NOT READ WHAT I SENT. I REJECT YOUR CAPITULATION TO ISLAMIC EXTREMISTS

They responded with the following lamebrained response;

Thank you for writing to us at Amazon.com.

I'm very sorry, but I was unable to determine what type of assistance
you need from the content of your e-mail message.

FOL> Perhaps because you didn't read my email or didn't want to acknowledge my message.

Also please note that for security reasons, we can only modify orders
when the request comes from the e-mail address that is associated
with your customer account. Therefore I request you to write from e-
mail address on account.

FOL> What does this have to do with what I wrote?

We feel that this is the best way to ensure that any changes are
authorized by the account holder and that your personal information
is not compromised. We appreciate your patience with our security
measures
