Jihadist only know the language of strength

Dear Prof Pipes,
I would like to comment on the last point of Mr Cook: Jihad could thus turn into a non-violent concept. This can be compared to tigers turning vegetarian. Jihadists only know the language of strength and they should be faced as such.
