If the Saudi Royal Family is removed from power, the alternative is an Islamist government. Since, as I understand it, Daniel Pipes is concerned with the rise of Militant Islam, I don't see the point of handing Saudi Arabia over to Islamists.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
