To say that Posner's "Case Closed" is the DEFINITIVE study of the Kennedy killing is extreme; I am NOT a conspriacy 'nut' but there are plenty of people whot disagree with him and his conclusions.

The tone that Posner takes that 'It's so because I say it's so' is nonsense.

Keep up the good work Mr. Pipes.
