Reader comment on item: How Church Attendance Affects American Attitudes toward Israel
in response to reader comment: Prophetic outline of things to come. You don't know the obvious times!

Thank you for your comments, Anne. I don't expect kind words from you or anyone. As Jesus said,

Luke 6:
[26] Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.

But concerning Daniel Pipes, myself and countless other "infidels",

Luke 6:
[22] Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.
[23] Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.

There are plenty of people out there, claiming to speak in the name of Israel's Messiah; and God will judge them, whether they truly speak for him or no. But for those who defend Israel, the scripture is:

Gen. 12
[3] And I will bless them that bless thee [Israel], and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

We know where Messiah stands with respect to Israel, for he is embodied in Michael:

Dan.12
[1] And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
[2] And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
[3] And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

If the "Bible scholars" you rely on stand for Israel, then, they will be blessed.
