Reader comment on item: Who Gets the Most U.S. Foreign Aid?

If 5% of this foreign aid was used to feed hungry children in the US, instead, wouldn't that make more since. Isn't it about time we started spending our tax money on feeding our under fed people, instead of buying weapons to kill foreign children.
