Tax Exemption of Moors Under THEIR GOVERNMENT

Here's the contrast, Moors have a non obligatory status in respects to the U.S. but under THEIR national government, which is separate from the U.S. hence the term "part and parcel," they are subjected to the tax that THEIR government imposes upon them hence"It takes finance to uplift a nation" unless THEIR government express otherwise.
