Whether or not Muslims spread their religion has no bearing on current events, in my view. The facts now are: Radical Fundamentalist Muslims are attempting to spread Islam by extremely violent means. Just look around the world. Who is doing the killing in the name of 'The All Merciful Allah'?
Muslims are doing the killing. That's who! Not Catholics! Not Jews! Not Protestants!
Muslims!
They are doing what the Q'uran explicitly tells them to do:
Kill the Unbelievers wherever they may find them.
So, in this context, they are being 'good Muslims'.
