Canadian Citizenship is to be Honored

Reader comment on item: The Khadrs, Canada's First Family of Terrorism, in the News

Submitted by Michael Hanni Morcos (Canada), Oct 2, 2012 at 01:06

I recall in my days at NYU where i chose to stop my education in order to go to boot camp in Goshen N.Y. to serve my country and Die for my COUNTRY if need be. I could just imagine leaving and fighting with Hochi Min and daring to come back and claim any Citizenship Rights. Why is this any different -The Omar Khadr dillemma is an insult to all the Men and Women that have died for our Countries [U.S. and Canada]-fighting to preserve all we stand for and cherish to pass down to our Children .Canadian and US Citizenships are a Privilege and an Honor that shall Not be taken for granted.

Thank You.
