We should be aware that there are pockets of disillusioned people of potentially all ethnic backgrounds [but mostly educated white caucasians] who sympathise with the radical islamic cause because it represents, in their eyes, the antidote to western capitalism/globalisation/hegemony etc etc that fits with their unfortunate view of life. It would be premature to say whether or not these people would act.
