Suspicious dealings

It is clear that there have been too many incidents of suspicious dealings involving the UNWRA policies and employees over the years, few of which have made much news splashes. The money streaming into this body would be better spent among the local populations rather than paying the bloated salaries of the employees who make a living from others suffering.
