Syrian blood bath - Syrians killing Syrians

Reader comment on item: Stay out of the Syrian Morass

Submitted by NuritG (United States), Jun 15, 2012 at 00:18

It is a pity to see what is taking place in Syria. Being how underhanded Bashar al-Assad is, the truth about this civil war is not clear. What is clear is that Asma al-Assad is sleeping next to a mini genocidal powermonger and inhumane person and their children have a murderer for a father. Bashar al-Assad himself is everything a people do not want as a leader.

However, in the Middle East Arab countries one must not expect that throwing out bad water will bring in good ones. I pray that Syria will become a better place for its citizens, not the blood bath it is now. And if the Syrians get rid of Bashar al-Assad, I hope they replace him with a real democracy rule, the first one among their fellow travelers Arabs, and not with a government that will be run by al-Qaeda, the Moslem Brotherhood, or a branch of Hezbollah.
