Reader comment on item: Obama a Muslim? Tales from the Campaign Trail

Submitted by M. Tovey (United States), Mar 27, 2012 at 17:38

While the debate continues (as it has since Candidate Obama burst upon an unsuspecting political scene-is he or is he not a Muslim-read the book in his own words), another facet of the personality that still seems to require scrutiny was revealed in that now famous exchange with Tovarich Medvedyev. In that brief moment of political bartering, one cannot help but feel that more is at stake as the United States continues on a downward spiral from the most powerful nation in the world to the proposed vassal state that Candidate Obama seems intent to produce.

We already know from his own words that Candidate Obama was never schooled in the American lifestyle most of us who were in-country for our schooling had come to appreciate. That he was able to garner the support of the African American community through the contacts made from the racist promoting mentality of the elitist ranks of the leftist progressive movement in the Democratic party should have been enough to characterize the intentions of the 'change' he was promoting. After three plus years, he has not merely intimated that 'he's not through,' he appears confident in saying there's more he wants to do to take America away from its Constitutional roots and relegate America to similar status as other countries that experimented with socialists' ideal and were found wanting.

So as Candidate Obama's current policies continue to rake the public coffers in wanton waste of public monies in unconstitutional forays against the people, we see that he has continued the embattlement of the citizens who had at one a better promise of a future without him and is depleting the means to defend the freedom and liberties the previous generation so dearly paid for; the question being what will be left? He wants four more years to show us.

Simply put, if left unchecked, it will not be long before we get to see just exactly how much disdain Candidate Obama has had for the America he never knew nor appreciated; and the results of his rhetoric will make that of Rev. Wright's view of America look perfectly charming.
