You make a good point (if one cared less what the UN says or does), so are you advocating that Israel declare war to cover herself? I imagine she might do that during or immediately following an attack. But on the other hand, couldn't one construe that war has been declared by Iran every time they swear to wipe Israel off the map or even chant 'death to israel' or death to america?
