I live in Canada and your assumption of declining birth rate does not bode truth here From my own corner, I observe almost every Muslim woman wearing their Muslim attire and in productive age has 4 children or more. Reason I have is the generous baby bonus women receive here for every child in the family with no limit. Add, I strongly believe that these women receive financial support from an oil rich country like Saudi Arabia to prepare the boys in the family to become members of army of God when jihad is initiated.

I predict the down fall of the Western Civilization financed by the naive western tax payers and the weak western governments crippled by politically correct policies are indeed heart breaking!
